  About the Evangelist Program 

Are you excited about .NET? Do you attend every WI .NET Users Group meeting, and feel guilty if you miss one? Do you stay up all hours experimenting and learning new things? Do you blog about .NET or tell people about the latest "cool thing" you just learned? Then it sounds like you might just be a WI .NET Users Group Evangelist.

The evangelist program has been created for two main purposes:

  • Promote local awareness about the WI .NET Users Group, our meetings, other events such as Nerd Dinners, and .NET in general.
  • Identifying .NET bloggers and enthusiasts in southeast Wisconsin, making them available to each other through the WI .NET Users Group website.

  Become an Evangelist 

Are you ready to become a WI .NET Users Group Evangelist?  It's simple -- here's how:

  1. Go to our site at http://www.wi-ineta.org (HINT: you're already there).
  2. Register for an account if you don't already have one.
  3. Login to your account.
  4. Click on your name on the top right corner of the site.
  5. Click Subscribe for the Evangelist membership service on the bottom of that page.
  6. Send the link to your blog to evangelistprogram@wi-ineta.org.  Also include your name, the username you use to login to this site, and a link to your RSS/Atom feed.
