The primary means for members of the WI .NET Users Group to interact with each other is through our monthly meetings. We often rotate meetings between various locations in Madison and Milwaukee to try and make it as easy as possible for people to participate in our meetings. We will make every attempt to promptly include presentations and example code from our meetings on this site as soon after the meeting as possible. Visit the Resources tab, then click on Presentation Downloads where you will find all of the presentations and code conveniently located in one location for your use.
To register for upcoming events, all you need to do is register on our site, then once logged in, visit the meetings tab and click register directly below the meeting(s) you wish to register for. To un-register, repeat this process and you will see an un-register link to click on. By registering in advance for our meetings, you help us prepare the right amount of refreshments, the right facilities size, the equipment, and ensure the right number of raffle prizes and sponsors. Thank you for helping us make the WI .NET Users Group as valuable for all of us as possible.
If you have ideas, suggestions, criticism, or praise for any particular meetings, please let us know by sending an e-mail to our President or Vice President for consideration. Thank you!

Spelled out, it is test-driven development, dependency injection, and separation of concerns with Active Server Pages .Net Model View Controller. This talk will dive into how to design a presentation layer using ASP.NET MVC. In today's industry, TDD, DI, and SoC are proven concepts that lead to more maintainable applications. Along with demonstrating how to use these techniques with ASP.NET MVC, we will discuss just what concerns should be separated. This talk provides a unique perspective on separation of concerns and uses TDD and DI to make it happen. MvcContrib is used in all the demos.
